Job description
We are doing a major renovation and are changing 3 x 1 bedroom units to 3 x 2 bedroom Units. The new windows are due to go in at the end of the month then we will need some bricks layed. The bricks will then be plastered.

Do not use this contractor. He gave me a price and turned up for one day then asked for a progress payment which I paid the same day. After this, he never came back or answered my calls. This delayed my project as I then had to get another company in to finish off. Very poor communication and unreliable. The job was also of very poor workmanship,
