Dog door through block wall

I am wanting to get a dog door installed through a block wall. It seems anyone who installs dog doors only does so through glass or wood however I need it through block. It is standard base block that you see as the bottom layer to many houses. Ideally I would have someone cut the hole through the concrete block and install the dog door but can split the job
