Window sill repair - Birkenhead

Plaster under the brick/tile sill under two windows has failed and the sills are loose. They need removing - re-fixing and re-pointing. The windows are on the second story but easily accessible by ladder (unit built in the 70's and has a reddish pointing). There is some urgency to this as the property is on the market.
