Block Wall plus Footings

I need a small-ish block wall built to complete work that is half complete. This is a side wall (elevation B in attached photos but will likely build it level not sloping as shown ) that needs to join to two others already in place around a pool, just under 8m in length, on a slight slope so probably 1m high at its highest point. Needs footing and piles (x 2) 2.7m deep. Easy access as on road front. Consented plans onsite. Need someone that can do the full thing; footings, block, arrange inspections with engineers for ps4 and Council if need be. Site visit probably needed in order to quote. Needed soon as deck work will start soon and needs the wall in place to help facilitate bearers/joists etc.
