Block or concrete retaining wall

We need a retaining wall built down the side of the driveway and inwards along some steps leading to the house. Driveway side of the wall is 12 metres long, and step side is 6 metres. Ideally we want the wall to slope evenly down the driveway, however the bottom corner needs to be higher to accommodate the garden so understand a step may be required. After the wall is built we will get it plastered and painted white. Dirt in below pictures is much higher than it will be due to the trench for the wall having been dug out already with a mini digger.
