Garage Leak & Driveway tidy

We have identified a leak in our garage as being as a result of an old alarm box on the exterior wall. The metal alarm box needs to be removed and filled in and thereafter painted. It may also require that part of the garage ceiling be removed to 1.5m square and patched afterwards to achieve completing the job. We also require plastering over a new copper pipe at the front of house on the driveway along with the building of 1 brick plant box to cover the ugly repairs that were necessary to relay the water mains.
