Filling a hole in some blocks!

G'day! We used to have a dryer venting outside our laundry - we've removed that, and now just have this hole through our external wall to the laundry! We'd love to fill it up so we can paint it over - we'll look after the gibbing on the interior side, so it's filling the cavity and getting the outside to the point flush so we can paint over it. There are also a couple of small holes in the block from where a vent was connected which we'd also like plugged. The hole is roughly 10cm on the outside - and the wall (i.e the depth of the cavity) is about 25cm thick. Magic!
