Concrete wall rendering

So I bought a house where a single garage has been converted to a large master bedroom . But there are few things I want to get it done before I move in. The existing single garage had one concrete block wall, which doesn't have a uniform finish (uneven rough surface) . So basically i want to render the wall, to make it look smoother and aesthetically appealing. It also has a shelf , which i don't want . I will get the house keys by 21 may 2019 and would prefer to get the job done on 22 May . The wall is approximately 5.37 meter long and 2.5 meter high. There is already a carpet on the floor, so the work need to be carried out without affecting the carpet. At this stage what I want to know is that how much it will cost me.
