Morley Street unit 1 - brick repair

Repair outside brickwork on windowsill of toilet at Unit 1, 66 Morley Street, New Plymouth. Unit is the front unit. Toilet window is up the left hand side of the unit beside driveway running parallel with upper part of Vivian Street through intersection with Morley Street. Damage was caused by a vehicle colliding with my unit. There are also some black marks on bricks caused by the vehicle - if possible can these be scrubbed off.
