Chimney Repair

I have two chimneys in my house that are cracking and need repair or rebuild. The house is an early 1900 Villa with high ceilings (4m). The damaged areas are in the loft space between the ceiling and the roof. The exterior chimney stacks looks to be OK. I would like these repaired so we can use the fireplaces as open fires again.
