Replace brick veneer corroded lintels (x2)

One gable end wall of our 2 storey house has a brick veneer on it. The steel angle lintels above the upper storey windows appear to be corroded and this has caused the brick joints at this level to open up. We are looking to remove the bricks to the level of the lintels, replace the lintels with new, and then reinstate the bricks (or replace with new bricks if existing not suitable for reinstatement). Wall is 30 bricks across and there are 11 rows of bricks above the windows in question (in the centre - to the roof ridge level).
