New residential build in Twizel. Approx 69metres around the house. 2.7 studs but approx 3.1m to soffits due to soffits being angled. 3 gables too. Will send plans to interested contractor. Windows arriving in 1-2 weeks. Cladding can begin approx 5th July. Bricks are bring supplied but mortar and steel lintels will need to be supplied by the bricky.
