Fill gap in brick exterior + seal a few cracks.

We've just removed a cinder block fence/wall that was subsiding and pulling out of the house wall. There is a gap left in the brick exterior that needs to be filled with as close a color match bricks and mortar as possible. Also there are some cracks in the mortar beside the gap that will need to be sealed/filled with a good color match. A small amount of concrete may need to be poured to fill in the gap in the existing concrete footing.
