Recently set walkway of 1800's brick needs pointing in buff/tan mortar (not grey). Total area is less than 7.5m, though bricks are wide-set with a number of missing corners. Strike joints close to flush. Two exposed edges need pointing as well. Time is of the essence- looking to let the job asap. We've just removed a cinder block fence/wall that was subsiding and pulling out of the house wall. There is a gap left in the brick exterior that needs to be filled with as close a color match bricks and mortar as possible. Also there are some cracks in the mortar beside the gap that will need to be sealed/filled with a good color match. A small amount of concrete may need to be poured to fill in the gap in the existing concrete footing.Read more
I have a brick house, recently I removed part of a wooden fence that had been secured to part of a brick by a iron steel rod.
