Entranceway repair

We're looking for someone to repair the brickwork in our entranceway. Prior to damage the brickwork came up quite high, but we'd be more looking at keeping it lower and reinstating just a tidy edge rather than building the brickwork back up to its original height (roughly as per picture). We still have the angled cut bricks that were along the top edge and plenty of spares available.
