Brick off old garage door opening

Need section that was entrance to garage bricked off. Was double garage but was converted to bed room and Laundry previously. There is a two breeze block high footing around the walls but wall is down to ground level where the garage door was. Want this section bricked off as during torrential rain drain cannot cope and can get flooding through the wall. Just need bricks laid and rendered. Wall will be prepared to what is required by brick layer. Will need to be keyed into concrete floor.
