block wall for foundation

We have had a do a upgrade on a foundation/extension we are doing for a client. We now now a block foundation roughly 1200mm high around t he perimeter of the foundation. Plans are still with council but were due out last week,assuming lock down has affected them been sent out. After a quote for either supply/install of blockwork and concrete fill or install of block wall and i will arrange everything else needed. Ideal start date (depending on approved plans ) would be 2-3 weeks after we are out of lock down,but can be flexible a week or two. photos below show site aswel as a screen shot of plans.will send full plans
