Brick chimney inspection and advice

We would like a building professional to inspect some cracking and damaged mortar at the top of our brick chimney (photos attached) and provide some advice about remediation. It may be that sealing and repointing is all that is required but conscious that more may be required to replace/reinforce/secure the brick work, or even that the advice may be to consider removing or reducing the chimney. Considerations: - Inspection will require accessing the roof. The house is single level and the roof is accessible with a ladder Timeframe: - Ideally we'd like to have the inspection done as soon as possible, with a view to commissioning the recommended remediation work this month if possible
