Grind out old mortar and repoint

1925 'arts and crafts' style (chipped face) double-wall brick building. Has areas of crumbling grout and some cracks on exterior. Looks mostly superficial but at least one area is letting water in under a window. Area to complete will depend on quote - if it's expensive we'll just get you to repair the crumbling areas. If it's reasonable, we'll get you to do the whole lot so it matches. Grout will likely need colouring. It's all ground level, no need for scaffold. No urgency time-wise.
