Raise height of brick columns

We have an existing brick & wood fence in need of some tlc. The typical besser block pillers with a flat paver on top, with wooden pailings in between each. Approx 20m long starting low at the gate and up to 1.6m at the highest point. We need the column block pillers raised to 1.8m from about 1m. The tops will need to be cut off first. We have a builder completing the wooden sections once the block work is complete. We look forward to some quotes as we would like to have this job completed as soon as possible.
