Pavers and retaining wall (quality 2nd hand pavers and cinder block wall)

Need to bring down the cost by $$$$ so open to quality 2nd hand products. Require materials and labour to add: * 9 x 5m patio using ideally --- pavers (preferably grey), no smaller than 450x450 * 5m x 1.7m retaining wall (e.g. reinforced cinder block and hardwood panels) pic as example * 3m x 1.7m retaining wall (e.g. reinforced cinder block and hardwood panels)
