Fill in a concrete cladding wall - residential renovation

House renovation - we've replaced a door with a window, so we need to fill in a small amount (1 sqm approx) of concrete cladding where the door was removed. House is 1930s. Its construction is timber frame, cavity, then with these 100 series concrete blocks used as cladding. Job is to infill the area shown in red below with 100 series concrete blocks and render in to fit in with surrounding walls either side. Job site is easy access. The project has building consent so contractor needs to be qualified. Needs to be undertaken week beginning 13 July if possible.
