Concrete fence damage

Left hand end of low concrete fence next to letterbox was hit by courier van 2 weeks ago. Damage to base has occurred and foundation appears munted . The fence can now be rocked in position with one hand. Courier company were phoned within 48 hours, and advised me to get repaired and send them the account, I would like a quote to send first though, to avoid any issues later, ...
