block base and foundations

I am putting up a relocatable at Rawene. I want a quote for putting a block base for a 100m2 house. The house will be jacked up above the first storey for the builder to put the first storey down, then it will be lowered onto the first storey after the first storey is built. I want to get quotes for building the first storey. This includes foundations and block base with 2 normal doors and 6 windows of 1.5 x 2.5 meters. I will frame out the internal walls myself afterwards.
