Small Blockwork Job

A small section of blockwork was (for unknown reasons) not completed. This section is about 3 m long and 3 blocks high. It is under the house but access is ok. There is a footing for the blocks. The studs currently go down to the footing, they would need to be cut and the base-plate reinstated on the top of the new blocks. The outer face of the blocks will need to be painted with bitumen or similar
