Pull up and re lay brick path

I have a brick path from the footpath to my front door. It’s 3.2 metres by 1.05m. It’s not very well done and the levels are a bit all over the place. I would like to have this pulled up (without damaging the grass either side) and new, recycled brick laid. I also would like a step up to the front door, extending to either side. The step would be 1.5m by 0.5 Can be done whenever. I’m not in too much of a rush.
