Grind out and repoint mortar joints

Earthquake damaged brickwork to be repaired. The (painted) red brick house has one crack to be repointed. Crack is from the corner of one window frame down to the ring foundation. The 6x6m (painted) concrete block double garage has 3 cracks to be repointed from both the inside of the garage wall and the outside of the wall. All 3 cracks are on the back wall of the garage and their length would be roughly 3/4 of the height of the garage. Keen to have repair work completed before Christmas.
