Replace side brick wall to secure property wall is dangerous

Current brick fence was built with out reinforcing. It has previously fallen over and "repaired and not well" It is dangerous given location next to a spa pool and Chch's tendency to shake and roll location. New structure needs to strong enought to support corten steel art works Open to using cost effective material that will facilitate pace, does not have to be matching brick. OK to use cinder block with plaster facure. I believe replace is the best option. Full wall or with side gate. Ideally ASAP. CURRENT DIMENSIONS HIGH 1650MM WIDE 1650MM IF REPLACED THIS POTENTIALLY WILL BE WIDER BASED ON GUIDE OF OPTIONS FOR A SIDE GATE FULL WIDTH OF GAP APPROX 2600MM TIME FRAME ASAP
