Some resealing around window frames

We seem to have some damp in our rental property. Building inspector thinks it may need some of the gaps refilled and sealed. Maybe a couple of areas around four windows give or take. Plus a loose block. Would have to show you. Would like it done by end of next week if possible as we have put the place on the market I've got no idea what the going rate for a brickie is.
