Low-height landscaping wall

Looking for a blocklayer to lay a low-height (400mm high) blockwall for my new patio area in approx 3 weeks time (slab is getting poured week of 08 March). Looking for approx 80 15 series blocks with caps on top, will have starters already cast into the new slab and will need a single bar around the top course (D10 or D12) so pretty minor steel. I've included a snip from the PDF plan I've drawn up showing roughly what is going on and a photo of the area (note that a new concrete slab will be on place over the dirt by the time this work is needed). There is parking on-site but blocks etc will have to be carried / barrowed round the back of the house (not a long way, but no access for machinery). Cheers
