New Block Wall

Hi, I need a block wall completed. 3.4m long about 1.8 m high. No problem if slightly higher but must be 1.8m minimum high. Footing has been completed and is part of the aggregate concrete pad edge. Electrical wire to be run through top layer of blocks. 20 series blocks to be used and supplied. Reinforcing rod to be supplied and inserted. Note that I will be using the wall to support a wooden deck later. I will fill with cement once completed.
