Concrete block Pillars - repair

Hi there I have an existing fence Old timber panels have been removed. Intention is to have a lower fence with aluminium pool fence panels/gates instead giving access to the neighbouring reserve Three columns are earthquake damaged, and an addition one required for gate Job will entail : - concrete cutting to lower the 4 good columns by 3 block levels - making concrete footings and new short concrete block columns (4) - repairing a small curved brick wall (2 bricks high) - optional supply/install aluminium panels / gates Photos are attached but you would definitely need to come see the job
