Grind out pointing and re-point to the correct color to match existing sample and flush style. The previous brick layer failed to follow instructions to match the color to the sample and re pointed using black, so needs to be redone to the correct light color. Area is 35sqm. I have been advised by the assessor at the BBF that per mixed colored mortar is not the correct product to use. Not looking for the cheapest but the most competent in using and matching oxide colors. Cost should be in the range of 4000 and 5500. Thanks
