Brick pillar and concrete/wood panel fencing

We have an existing fence which is constructed of brick pillars and concrete panels between them with a plaster finish over the whole lot, height is currently about 1.2m. We want this heightened to 1.8m with the brick columns and then wood panels between them for the top part. So we want to keep the additional fence, quote just needed for the additional 600mm or so. Price is a big factor in this. I will add photos shortly
