A 3.0m wide window will be replaced with an equal width ranch slider. The building contractor will carefully remove the existing bricks below the window. The bricklayers work consists of reusing some of those bricks, cleaning and cutting as required to lay (in practice actually inserting) them against each side of the new ranch slider where the below-sill bricks previously continued.
