Block and foundation earthquake repairs

Quotation needed for earthquake repairs to cracking to perimeter foundation and block work. Independent inspection report has been completed which details the acceptable repair method. Copy can be supplied but in summary: An acceptable repair strategy for the earthquake repairs as noted above could be as follows -(1) The step cracking in the block veneer should be ground out to a depth of 20-30mm and re-grouted. The grout will need to be sealed with an approved sealant and then 2 coats of a matching paint applied.(2) The cracking in the foundation wall need to be injected, under pressure with a Sika type expoxy resin. The methodology for this is to drill holes at approximately 100mm intervals and fix in nozzles to apply the expoxy resin. The expoxy resin needs to penetrate right through the wall and be visible on the internal face so that it is evident that the crack has been completely filled and reinforcing protected.
