Brick BBQ Plinth / Pedestal

Want a brick plinth made for built in BBQ to sit on. 500mm deep , 1500mm wide, 700mm tall (Approx). We have bricks left over from new house build, 2 different styles plus some bags of mortar. There are 1200mm x 1800mm of pavers already set on the ground. Looking for someone to build an open brick cupboard on top, topped off with 3 x 500mm square pavers. Think I have all the materials. Final design is open to suggestions, just need one opening big enough for the gas bottle to go in. BBQ hasn’t been purchased yet & will only sit on top, don’t need a fancy surround at the top. Access anytime.
