Brickwork repair
Job description
Earthquake repair to bricks on Summerhill stone house. Some bricks will need to be removed and relaid and some areas will need repointing. House will be repainted once brickwork is completed. EQC has paid out and the funds have been put aside for this work.

Work completed was to acceptable standard. Did miss areas that needed repair and ground out some areas an left them ungrouted. Didn't start the when discussed and said he would return to complete unfinished areas but six months later still hasn't turn up. Broke the heat pump, said he would replace it and then 3 months later said that we could claim it on insurance meaning that we had no heat pump over winter.

"So sorry for your dissatisfaction & the delay with the Heatpump. I did my best to get it sorted quickly & was unaware of the insurance procedures initially. My insurance should have paid your excess, let me know if that wasn't the case. Re finishing the work, my last txt to you was 14 July asking you to get in touch to arrange a date, to which I never received a reply?I phoned a few times also?? I take great pride in my work & would appreciate the chance to finish your repairs if you allow me."
