Footings and Block Retaining Walls

Hi there. We are looking for an experienced block layer to dig out footings, build and plaster retaining walls and steps in our front garden. Job will require small excavator to remove some small tree stumps. Some areas will need to be dug down and others filled to make area flat. We are not too rushed on timeframe but would like to complete so we can go on and do the next phase ourselves of filling and compacting, levelling off and laying astroturf. We also plan to lay new concrete driveway once this part is finished. Attached plan shows drawing of plan.
