Block wall - height reduction and repair

This block wall needs to be reduced to 2.2m high, the block is empty so knocking them out has been easy (I've done half). But I'm out of time and need some help. Once the height is reduced it will need some vertical rebar and fill to give it more strength. It will need some supports for the fill or be filled by hand.
