Retaining Wall

A neighbouring development has caused part of the bank behind my house to fall away. I think it will have to have some sort of retaining wall to prevent further subsidence. The house is built on volcanic rock so is pretty stable but the back yard was party filled and this has created the problem. I live in London but will be in NZ after xmas for 4-6 weeks and would like the work done then but need to get quotes and can get my property manager to organise for site visits.
