Apply Waterproofing to second floor brick wall

I have a leak/water coming through the second story brick north facing wall. I have done a number of water tests with the hose and narrowed it down to the brown brick which is causing water to run down and come through the top of the window of the ground floor. Ive done abit of online searching on different products and think there is a clear water proofing product available for brick and would like this applied to the brick area on the second floor. Being upstairs you will need your own scaffolding/or am happy to hire it and understand this job will be weather dependent and the brick would need to be cleaned first.
