Low block wall at front of my property

I'm looking for a blocklayer to build a low wall at the front of my property. Starting at about 300mm above the footpath at its low point and finishing at approximately 800mm at its high point. The front boundary is approximately 11m wide (with allowance of 1m for a gate) and there's also a 6m return down the side of the driveway which we want a block wall also I'm happy to remove the existing fence and also dig some footings with direction. I want whoever does the job to pour or deal with the foundations. Please see attached drawing and photo for details
