Repairs to brickwork

Hi. We have a brick planter/small retaining wall that looks to be losing its structural integrity. It has a couple of major cracks in it and at one crack the bricks are starting to push out. We are about to remove the soil and replant the garden so are wanting to shore up the brickwork somehow, if possible.
