Changing an exterior brick fireplace

Hi There, I am wanting a quote on how much it would be to get my brick fireplace changed. Currently it is too narrow to have a proper fire where smoke goes up the chimney. I am hoping that given the frame is quite large that with removal of some of the foundation, it can be used as a proper fireplace. There is also the opportunity to have the foundation improved as it has slightly sunk over the years. Thanks
