Driveway entrance.

I am looking for someone experienced/qualified to help create an entrance at the bottom of our driveway that will include our letterboxes (currently getting vandalised) and house numbers (as it is difficult to find us). Our homes are only 3 years old (approx.) and as you will see in the second photo, it still looks like an entrance to a building site. What I have put together in the second photo is a very loose design i threw together with no knowledge of what is workable. Need someone to come to site and meet me to discuss.
