Brick up an old food safe that has been removed

Have removed an old food safe from a 1950s house and need a brickie to brick it up. Dimensions approx 900 high x 500 wide. We have some bricks to do the job. The pointing is the white of the day. Appreciate it’s a little job but would like it done in the next 5 to 10 days.
