Removal of textured ceiling from a siting room and hallway in a single story detached 1950s dwelling. Total area is approx 22.22m square. Texture is mostly intact and secure to ceiling but has some crumbling at outer edges adjacent to roof corner joint. Areas for work can be made empty with no furniture to restrict access. Normal low ceiling height.
