I would like to cover or remove the stippled from my apartment ceiling that contains asbestos (confirmed via a test). The ceiling is in the living room, 2 bedrooms, and hallway - estimated total area 50m2. my preference would be to cover it with plasterboard rather than remove it, if that can be done safely.
