Soffit removal / replacement - fibre cement maybe abestos

We are looking to put a tender in for a property that has a soffit that wraps around the eaves of house (house is approx 80m2). The property is 1950s weatherboard and the soffit is likely fibre cement so likely contains asbestos. While it's in overall good condition we may want to replace. I am keen to get a rough quote for how much the work would cost to remove the existing soffit and replace with a non-asbestos material.
