Concrete path removal

I'd like a piece of a concrete garden path to be removed. The surface area is about 1.7 m² , and the concrete about 5 cm thick. The concrete was poured on top of cement tiles that have tested positive for Chrysotile (White Asbestos). See picture for details. Area outlined in red is to be removed. Access is pretty good, a short path and some steps up to the back of the house.
